A Nice Stay by the Sea
modern decor warm service fresh ingredients
The room had super clean, modern decor, a testament to meticulous upkeep. Staff provided warm service, and were always happy to assist. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, with fresh ingredients used.
The hallway carpets showed some wear, though the room itself was immaculate.

Some Issues Detracted from the Stay
broken bath plug cold coffee
The staff at the front desk were lovely.
I encountered several issues . My bath plug was broken, and it took two attempts to replace it. It should have been checked beforehand. Breakfast was also disappointing. I asked for croissants, but I didn't receive them, and the coffee wasn't very hot.

The reception staff acknowledged my birthday upon arrival. They upgraded me to a room. I appreciated the lovely breakfast choices and efficient staff in the restaurant. The room featured a record player and records.

disappointing room service and cleanliness issues
dirty kettle rude cleaner
the location right next to the sea was acceptable.
My room wasn't cleaned properly after requesting it. The cleaner was rude. also, the kettle was dirty and cups had hair in them. i didn't appreciate this at all.

superior king sea view room friendly staff parking situation tv channels
the room I had was a superior king sea view room. IT was REALLY clean and spacious! The staff were friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed. The location was AMAZING too because it was right on the beach.
I FOUND that the parking situation was not great. I had to circle around a FEW times to find a spot. The tv didn't have many channels. I COULDN'T find any streaming services.

Fantastic seaside stay
friendly staff beautiful dinner large room free drinks
I appreciated the VERY helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The breakfast had a GOOD choice, and the evening dinner was presented beautifully. My room was large, it even had a record player. SUCH a nice touch. The free drinks in the fridge were definitely a lovely gesture.
i noticed the shower temperature control did not function properly one evening, i only had scalding hot water.
